1.Mulailah dengan air hangat
Basahi rambut dengan air hangat sebelum menggunakan sampo. Namun ingat, jangan gunakan air yang terlalu panas karena akan membuat kulit kepala dan rambut kering. Air hangat membantu membuka pori-pori dan kutikula di kulit kepala. Mamfaat air putih bagi kesehatan
